NGI Commons? incarne l\u2019essence des \u00abcommuns\u00bb dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative pour l\u2019internet de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (NGI). Elle vise \u00e0 renforcer son influence et sa contribution \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique de l\u2019Europe. Elle cherche \u00e0 s\u2019aligner sur les efforts pertinents en mati\u00e8re de \u00abbiens communs num\u00e9riques\u00bb et d\u00e9finit une feuille de route strat\u00e9gique pour orienter les investissements ult\u00e9rieurs vers une technologie qui donne la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 une approche centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<cite>Monique Calisti, <em>PDG de Martel Innovate et coordinateur de projet de NGI Commons<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote><p>L\u2019initiative NGI Commons a d\u00e9j\u00e0 six mois.\u00a0 Il \u00e9tait temps pour les partenaires du consortium de divulguer les progr\u00e8s, les obstacles et les perspectives les plus r\u00e9cents en ce qui concerne les biens communs num\u00e9riques. Cet objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ordre du jour m\u00e9ticuleusement planifi\u00e9 comprenant des discours d\u2019orientation et des tables rondes.\u00a0\u00c0 la suite d\u2019un atelier tr\u00e8s productif organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Amsterdam et ax\u00e9 sur la \u00abco-cr\u00e9ation de priorit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de biens communs num\u00e9riques pour la d\u00e9cennie num\u00e9rique de l\u2019Europe\u00bb, l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a servi de plateforme aux sp\u00e9cialistes de NGI Commons \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux afin d\u2019exposer leurs points de vue individuels sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une d\u00e9finition compl\u00e8te. Pour de nombreuses personnes, les biens communs num\u00e9riques repr\u00e9sentent des biens publics communs, les structures de gouvernance et de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 jouant un r\u00f4le central.<\/p><p>Pour favoriser une v\u00e9ritable communaut\u00e9 de communes NGI, ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pourrait \u00eatre un changement de paradigme culturel. Comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution du paysage politique de NGI Commons Union europ\u00e9enne n\u00e9cessite un travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe important entre diff\u00e9rents professionnels \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de comp\u00e9tence et de surveillance r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p><p>Le projet NGI Commons a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place en r\u00e9ponse aux points susmentionn\u00e9s. Le projet contribuera \u00e0 une plus grande int\u00e9gration des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngi.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Initiative NGI<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;et sa vision et son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me avec les politiques communes en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9rique et d\u2019internet aux niveaux national et europ\u00e9en.&nbsp;<\/p><p>NGI Commons travaillera \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 long terme pour les biens communs num\u00e9riques\/internet sur la base d\u2019une cartographie claire des communaut\u00e9s existantes de biens communs.
