La DCPC vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la reconnaissance des avantages des biens communs num\u00e9riques tels que les logiciels libres et ouverts et Wikip\u00e9dia, ainsi que du travail b\u00e9n\u00e9vole qui produit ces biens communs.
